GRANOLA CUPS

Spice up your breakfast or snack with these vegan granola cups. Enjoy on their own or fill with your favorite yogurt and berries!

Instructions

  • Grease a muffin tin.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients using your hand or a spoon/ fork. The mixture should stick together when you squeeze it with your fingers.
  • Portion the batter into 8 muffin cups, pressing into the bottom and up the sides. Make sure they are thick enough that they will be sturdy for your fillings.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before gently removing from muffin pan.
