Ingredients
Coconut Yogurt
Ladera Vanilla Quinoa Granola
Stewed Strawberries
Kiwi
(sliced)
Chia Seeds
(optional)
Instructions
Stew your strawberries, if using frozen.
Line a circular baking pan, or dish of your choice, with parchment paper.
Pour in the coconut yogurt and spread it evenly over the bottom.
Sprinkle the granola on the outer edge to create a "crust."
Add the strewed strawberries, sliced kiwis, and a little more stewed berries in the center.
Place in the freezer for 3+ hours or overnight. Slice and enjoy!
