  • Stew your strawberries, if using frozen.
  • Line a circular baking pan, or dish of your choice, with parchment paper.
  • Pour in the coconut yogurt and spread it evenly over the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the granola on the outer edge to create a "crust."
  • Add the strewed strawberries, sliced kiwis, and a little more stewed berries in the center.
  • Place in the freezer for 3+ hours or overnight. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is 100% customizable, add more or less fruit that you enjoy. Try it with our other granolas + various yogurt flavors!
